Lovely, clean room. Comfy bed. Great breakfast selection. Helpful staff. Convenient location near shopping center and tram stops.

We chose this hotel due to its ideal location, right in the center of the city. It was conveniently situated adjacent to a major shopping center and within walking distance to several of Gothenburg's attractions. The central train station was just across the street, making it easy to travel around the city. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including gluten-free choices, which was a major plus for my son with a gluten allergy.

There was one negative aspect of our stay. The rooms were exceptionally small, leaving little room for movement, especially with three people and luggage.

The staff were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout my visit. The variety of amenities in the room, from the ironing facilities to the in-room safe, catered to all my needs. The hotel also had a lovely restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, as well as a bar and snack bar for those looking to relax and unwind. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and amenities provided at this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to everything. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was great, with lots of amenities like an in-room safe, ironing facilities, and a mini-bar. We appreciated the housekeeping services and the option for room service. The restaurant buffet had a fantastic selection and the staff there were very welcoming. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool and sauna.

Great location with plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room wasnice and neat, perfect for a family of three. The staff was kind and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The pool was small and the temperature wasn't warm enough. The sauna was also out of order and the gym felt a bit cramped.

Extra towel in bathroom and helpful lobby staff. Close to parking, train station, shopping mall, and garden society. Quick resolution of heating issue and good breakfast. Convenient and comfortable location.

The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, and the hotel had great facilities. We were able to park our car easily and the hotel's location in the center of the city made it convenient to walk to nearby attractions. The hotel is also adjacent to a major shopping center, a plus. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.

I had a lovely stay at a hotel in Gothenburg. The location was perfect, with trams just a short walk away and all the shopping streets nearby. The hotel was also conveniently close to the flygbussarna central stop and a large shopping center. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options. I also enjoyed the nice view from my room.

The hotel lacked air conditioning which made the room quite hot at times.
